The Journal of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration is an electronic scientific journal that contains research results and literature reviews related to the fields of village and rural development, disadvantaged regions, transmigration areas, village institutions and economies, human resource development and rural community empowerment, and rural management apparatus. Regional-based rural development is an instrument of equitable development and growth that will strengthen national development. Rural development will further optimize the use of local resources as an effort to increase collaborative advantage and competitiveness by utilizing appropriate technology and digital technology to improve the welfare of rural communities. Rural areas are also expected to become an instrument of national economic growth in the future.
The Journal of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration publishes theoretical and empirical papers that use various scientific research methodologies to analyze issues or topics such as village institutions and economy, finance, trade, regulation, cooperation, social conditions, natural resources, human resource development, community empowerment within the scope of villages and rural areas, disadvantaged areas, and transmigration areas.
